Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been handed to the courier. Email us with your order number and we'll confirm.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — but you can still return it under the policy below.
Returns

To be eligible for a return:
- • The product was bought on efito.in
- • You raise the request within 7 days of delivery
- • The product is unused and unwashed
- • No stains, marks or alterations
- • All tags and original packaging intact
- • The original invoice is returned with it
Size issues:we'll exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
Manufacturing defects:we'll exchange or refund, your choice.
Refund timelines. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 15 days.
- • Paid online:refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show it.
- • Cash on delivery:refunded by bank transfer. We'll ask for your account details when the return is approved — we will never ask for a UPI PIN, OTP or card number.
Shipping charges and the cash-on-delivery handling fee are not refundable, except where the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
